From the Desk of Rick Franks, Owner:
As we start to rev up for the holiday season, and make those last minute adjustments before year end, it's easy to get caught up in the day to day whirlwind. It's important to take a few breaths
and remember why we do what we do. If you're in Insurance, the day to day file keeping can be daunting but without doing what you do, family and business in our community could find
themselves homeless and devastated when that 100 year flood or lightning strikes. In Real Estate, a family could find themselves signing a bad contract and losing their most valuable assets if
you didn't protect them. From our police and firefighters to our judges and city officials we all play a role in protecting the jobs and families of our community. So often we fixate on the things
that go wrong in our country and our world and we forget how important our work is and how it impacts and blesses the lives around us.
One way to help your organization is to remember your mission vision and purpose. Here at SERVPRO® of Hancock County we try to regularly reflect on our mission vision and purpose.
Our Mission is to develop a team of quality people who focus on excellent service, fairness and mutual respect.
Our Vision is To be the Preferred Restoration Team in Hancock County, Creating Value for our Customers, Stakeholders, and Coworkers
Our Purpose is encapsulated in our Incorporated name WGB Restoration Inc. WGB stands for With God’s Blessing. This is not a religious statement as much as it is a recognition that we have
been given the privilege of being alive and we should seek to imitate that gift of life by blessing or doing good to the lives around us.
Making a difference is what we all want to do, being purposeful in making a difference is how you lead.
