Flooding in Findlay

Findlay, Ohio is notorious for being located in a flood zone. Even after the rainfall has stopped, you’re still noticing a higher amount of water in your home. What’s happening? The ground around your home is still soft and saturated with water. When something reaches it’s highest level of saturation, the liquid tries to find a way out. In this case, the ground is holding water, in which it wants to get rid of, so the water can seep into your home through tiny cracks in the foundation.

The best way to prevent this problem is to have a contractor take a look at your home’s foundation, and consider having any issues fixed.
